Conical pre-densifier screw made of AISI SS-316 improves feeding abilities.
Compacting rolls are driven through specially designed twin shaft gearbox. This ensures perfect synchronization of the rolls with a steady torque loading.
Screw is driven through AC Variable Frequency Drive.
Pre-compression chamber guides the powder without any slippage or leakage.
Hardened compacting roll sleeves of tool steel are keyed and protected by thrust plates to avoid any axial slipping.
Aesthetically fabricated separate panel board permits water cleaning of the machine without any hazard.
Scrapper assembly also designed for easy dismantling & cleaning.
Feed screw assembly is assisted by manual hydraulic pump to facilitate ease in cleaning.
